Our Store Management Team needs to be strategic in thinking, detail-oriented, very organized, a visible leader, and must have the ability to hold their teams accountable to results. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of your service center and leading the team to profitability through managing key performance indicators such as oil change count, sales, labor, customer satisfaction scores and more.
We have one store open, and are opening a 4-5 more in the next few months. This creates opportunities to staff our new stores, and backfill our current location as some of those team members move to new stores. Our locations range from College Park to Dawsonviile.

Your primary role as a Store manager at Strickland brothers is to satisfy our customers. It is imperative that you understand how serious we take our customer satisfaction core value. You will be managing the day to day operations of the service center. This includes but not limited to ensuring that the operational procedures are completed on each vehicle, training, encouraging, speaking with customers, scheduling/staffing, maintaining a clean service center & meeting KPI’s.
